The Excel invoice template stores invoices, products and customers and performs advanced invoice sales reporting and inventory monitoring. The structure of the invoice system allows the insertion, update and quick access to saved products, customers, and historical customer invoices. Product and customer lists can be imported from and exported back to text lists enabling integration with existing inventory and customer reporting management systems. The invoice template for Excel provides a control panel to establish predefined content for the invoice template and facilitate efficient customer invoice management. Products, customers and orders can be quickly and easily accessed, added, modified and removed. Previously saved invoices can be located using a filter screen by customer, product and date and loaded into the invoice template for viewing or modification. Checks are made when saving customer, product and invoice details to update or add records accordingly. Customer and product lists can be imported and exported in flexible text formats to enable integration of the invoicing system with existing CRM or inventory management systems. Invoices can be printed or export to new workbooks and InfoPath XML files. Product inventory stock levels are automatically adjusted as invoices are created and modified. The sales reporting between two dates analyzes product and customer profitability and performance with ranking options and breakdowns for revenue, shipping and sales tax. Additional options for the Excel invoice template include product attribute loading to invoice items, shipping slip transport and packaging purposes and customization of content and styles to match business requirements.
