The webcam desktop uses live webcam video and allows to work with Windows shortcuts on the desktop. It shares the options with Willing Webcam software. You should install it from Willing Software site to change the options. Close the program after the changes. You can select different video sources, change video source size to increase video quality, enhance video with comments, date and time stamps, watermarks, and various live video effects using this program.

Willing Webcam is compatible with most USB-based or FireWire (IEEE 1394) video devices, including USB webcams, MiniDV camcorders, TV and video capture cards, TV tuners, Canon digital cameras, IP network cameras, program windows, web pages, and MPEG4 movies.
